President Connelly Visits ITTIP

Longwood University President Marge Connelly and Brenda Atkins, Executive Assistant to the President for Governmental Affairs and Special Projects, visited the ITTIP office in South Boston on Thursday, August 16, 2012.

During the visit, Dr. Manorama Talaiver, Director, and ITTIP staff showcased ITTIP and SVRTC projects, such as the Innovative Technology in Science Inquiry-Scale-Up (ITSI-SU) project, and how the LilyPad Arduino has been used in student projects.

The President also viewed the 3D science videos on the new portable projector that will be used in STEM professional development.
